For customers who purchase a White Dove mattress online our 120-Night Sleep Trial is our way of letting you give your mattress a test drive in your own bedroom! We give you 120 nights to sleep on the mattress in your home to decide if it’s right for you. This program does not apply to customers who have purchased a White Dove mattress from a local retail partner. Please contact your retailer for their specific return and refund policies.
The sleep trial begins on the day you receive your mattress, not on your order date, so you will have the full 120 nights to determine whether or not the White Dove is right for you! It’s automatically included with your mattress purchase, no registration required. The Big Fig 120-Night Trial policy is limited to one return per household.
*Please note that the Foundation and Bed Frame are not included in the sleep trial.
If you don’t absolutely love your new White Dove mattress, we’ll come pick it up and refund your purchase – it’s as simple as that! Give us a call at 1 (888) 874-3132 or email us at [email protected] and one of our sleep experts will get in touch with you to start your return. There are no restocking fees, return delivery fees, or any extra charges whatsoever to process a return. We do ask that you try the mattress for at least 2 weeks before initiating your return. Note that all returns must be made within the 120-night trial period and any upgraded delivery charges selected at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
