FREE DELIVERY

We offer FREE* standard delivery for all orders shipped in the contiguous US! Our full range of delivery options includes:

  • FREE Quick Ship Delivery: Included with every mattress purchase, free of charge! Your mattress is shipped via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Please contact us if you need to make more specific delivery arrangements. Unboxing and tools-free assembly is required, 2 people recommended.
  • Quick Ship Delivery + Removal: Your mattress is shipped via FedEx Ground and delivered typically in 7-14 business days.  Please contact us if you need to make more specific delivery arrangements.  Unboxing and tools-free assembly is required, 2 people recommended. When you’re ready to say goodbye to your old mattress, this option includes pickup & haul away of your old mattress and/or box spring through our partners at LoadUp.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery, unboxing and setup of your mattress order in the room of your choice. And don’t worry about the boxes and packing materials, our delivery agents will take care of that too. Estimated delivery: 3-4 weeks.
  • White Glove Delivery + Removal: Ready to say goodbye to your old mattress? This option includes our White Glove Delivery service plus the removal & haul away of your old mattress and/or box spring. Estimated delivery: 3-4 weeks.

Mattress Recycling Laws

For some states, a recycling fee may be assessed in accordance with local registration. This fee is in compliance with the Mattress Recycling Council. The fee funds the state’s mattress recycling program and provides for collection, transportation, and recycling of old mattresses.  The recycling program diverts valuable materials from landfill and helps keep bulky waste like mattresses and box springs out of the waste stream and off the streets.

California: a $11 recycling fee will be added for each mattress and/or foundation purchased by a consumer. Per the state requirements, you are entitled to receive a complimentary mattress and/or foundation removal.

Rhode Island: a $21 recycling fee will be added for each mattress and/or foundation purchased by a consumer.

Connecticut:  a $12 recycling fee will be added for each mattress and/or foundation purchased by a consumer.

How will I schedule my removal appointment?

If you select our White Glove Delivery + Removal option, our delivery team will remove your mattress at the time of set-up. For Quick Ship + Removal orders, our partners at LoadUp will provide you with a link for you to schedule the removal of your old mattress.

Will I be able to schedule a delivery appointment?

If you select one of our White Glove Delivery options, yes! Our delivery team or assigned retail partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date once your order has arrived at the local delivery terminal. For Quick Ship Delivery orders, we will provide you with a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date with our standard shipping through FedEx Ground.

What is included in the White Glove Delivery service?

White Glove Delivery serviced by White Dove partner RXO includes delivery of your items to the room of your choice, unboxing, assembly of your base and/or frame (if ordered) and setup of your new mattress. It does not include assembly, disassembly or relocation of existing furniture.

If you are planning to dispose of your old bedding on your own, please wait until the delivery is successfully completed prior to pickup or removal.

How should I prepare for my White Glove Delivery appointment?

  • Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, present during your delivery window. Your 4 hour delivery window will be provided to you the day prior to your appointment.
  • Clear the room. Dispose or move existing furniture and designate an area for your new bed.
  • Plan a pathway. Make sure there is a clear path for the delivery crew through your home. Clear any clutter and store any objects that might get damaged.
  • Secure pets and kids.

While our delivery team makes every effort to remove old mattresses, it is at their discretion to refuse removal if they deem it to be in a stained or unsanitary condition.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please give us a call us at 1 (888) 874-3132 (8am-7pm EST, Mon-Fri) prior to your delivery. We will not charge a cancellation fee if you call before your scheduled delivery.
